Started his professional career at an early age of 21, and gained rich on hand experience in different market segments such as Chemicals, Dye Intermediates, Architectural Paints and Coatings, Resins and Emulsions, Intumescent Coatings, Construction and waterproofing chemicals, Speciality surfactants additives for Cosmetics and Toiletries, Building Materials, Adhesives, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Financial Planning etc.
Has profound input of more than 30000 plus hours in learning and mastering different skills in life, since 1994, he started teaching and conducting training.
He was working as Branch Trainer with ICICI Prudential for six years, and trained more than 5000+ Sales personnel, conducted 300 + trainings and workshops on the subject such as Paints, Speciality Coatings, Waterproofing Repairs and Rehabilitation of RCC structures, Communication skills, Mind management, Leadership Skills, Work life Balance, Balanced Score Card, Emergenatics, Sales Process and Selling Skills, Life Insurance and ULIP Product training.
